legislation, research and programs that increase our understanding of the cause and prevention of ovarian cancer and ultimately
improve the survival rate from this disease. The Ovarian Cancer Action Center provides information and resources to
support advocates taking action on important ovarian cancer issues.
The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund funds research to find a method of early detection and ultimately
a cure for ovarian cancer. OCRF also helps patients and their loved ones understand the disease and its treatment,
and provide outreach programs to raise public awareness.
The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition believes that an important component in fulfilling
their mission is to educate elected officials on matters important to women with ovarian cancer. Visit their
