Understanding Your Ovarian Cancer Risk

Description:  A celebrated public speaker and renowned gynecological oncologist, Beth Karlan, MD, Director of the Gilda Radner Hereditary Cancer Detection Program, will raise participants’ understanding about ovarian cancer, how to recognize symptoms, and risk factors.  This program will have Spanish translation available.

Ovarian Cancer Awareness and Preventative Strategies Symposium for Healthcare Professionals and the Community

Description:  This symposium will provide updates on new ovarian cancer awareness issues including strategies to improve ovarian cancer prevention and outcomes. Information will be presented in formal lectures, followed by questions and answers among panel members. Nationally renowned faculty from University of California, Irvine and other healthcare professionals will share their experiences, and the audience will have the opportunity to interact with these experts.
Cost: $25 for Healthcare professionals – FREE for the community
